Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-72 hours.
Personalized item will ship out within 7 days.
Orders ship out in full.
FREE local pickup is available in Owenton ( choose option at Checkout)
Pickup to occur within 10 business days.
BSB is not responsible for damaged goods, lost or stolen items during the shipping process.

Returns:

Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 10 days of receipt of item.
Returns are eligible for store credit only. Gift card will be issued.
Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
Personalized items are non-refundable. ( Please confirm before checkout.)
Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
Afterpay is available based on their own T's & C's this is not administered by BSB any queries to be logged with them directly.
