Backwards Saddle Boutique LLC (hereinafter "BSB") is not responsible for damaged goods, lost or stolen items during the shipping process.
Our pictures represent the products to the best of our ability, computer/phone screens, lighting and backgrounds can slightly alter color or pattern. We believe the pictures are a good representation and show the item as true to color as possible. BSB pictures are NOT to be used in any promotion, add, blog or any other advertising without our written consent. We do NOT agree to any use of our pictures on any site other than those managed by BSB.
Shipping cost can and will vary depending on shipping company, location and weight of the product. Some items are not available to ship. We will ship your items 24-72 hours unless it is a personalized item in which we will ship within 1 week of purchase. All orders are shipped complete so if you are wanting items before a personalized item is ready please message us.
If you choose "In-store pick up" as the shipping option when checking out PLEASE be able to pick up your items within 10 business days. We are limited on space and holding items for long periods of time is inconvenient for us and customers. If your order has not been picked up within 30 days, we will refund your item and place it back on our shelves. If this occurs more than once, you will be ineligible to select that option during checkout and will be shipped all items bought online.
All sale and clearance items are final - no exceptions. No returns or exchanges.
All regular undamaged items can be returned within 10 days (business days) of purchase with original tags attached and receipt of purchase. Once items are received and reviewed you will be given store credit. Return policy includes vinyl items. Personalized items are non-refundable - be sure to check your order before purchasing!
Gift cards can be used online and in-store. The 16 digit code is the coupon code, please hang on to that as we can't get it back once its gone, they are automatically generated and BSB doesn't have access to see the codes once they are purchased. If you loose your gift card please send a picture of the receipt or give us the details (date, customer, amount) through an email and we can re-issue a new gift card.
BSB reserves the right to accept or deny service to any individual for any reason.
AFTERPAY OPTION: We have added Afterpay as a payment option for you. You can choose afterpay at checkout and make 4 equal interest free payments.
